Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open the app, go to Settings (or the paywall screen) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you used to buy.
How do I cancel a subscription?
iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → select the subscription → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the subscription → Cancel.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds go through them. For Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, open your order history in the Play Store or visit Google Play refund help.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also follow the steps on our Account & Data Deletion page.
The app crashes or isn't working. What should I do?
Update to the latest version of the app and your device's operating system, then restart your device. If the problem continues, email us with the details above and we'll look into it.
How do I report inappropriate content or a user?
Use the Report option in the app, or email support@swiftcartmedia.com with details. We review reports promptly and take action, including removing content and suspending accounts.
